CCNU has established academic relationships with over 100 universities and research institutes in over 70 countries and regions around the world. Extensive exchanges of students, researchers and joint research and education projects are being conducted with these partner institutions. Apart from the exchange programs with the partner institutions, CCNU invites a large number of visiting professors and scholars from abroad to promote its education and research. It also provides various kinds of short-term Chinese language and culture programs all year round. Through these opportunities of international interaction, CCNU cultivates an international atmosphere on campus and provides its faculty and students with a global perspective.

The International Office at CCNU is responsible for developing and enhancing international relations with overseas universities and institutions by facilitating faculty and student mobility, international symposiums and joint research and education programs. It works closely with students and researchers to satisfy their needs and provides support and services to faculties and research centers in joint academic and research collaboration. It is committed to the internationalization of disciplines, academic research, faculties and students through international exchange and cooperation.
